Shipping Policy
At Asylum Clothing Co., every order is handled with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Because many of our items are made to order, please allow 5–8 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, holidays, weather delays, and other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery time is the responsibility of the carrier.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal service handling. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges required by their country.
Asylum Clothing Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping information, or unpaid import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly so you can receive updates about your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Asylum Clothing Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has started.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. However, if your order appears lost, delayed, or incorrectly marked as delivered, contact us and we will help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
Made-to-Order Notice
Many of our products are made to order. This helps reduce waste and allows us to create unique designs specifically for our customers. Because of this, processing times may be slightly longer than standard retail shipping.
